For outlying spots like Santa Clarita or the High Desert, we’ll coordinate a day when a local tow partner is already routing nearby.
3. Prepare keys, title, and access on pickup day
Have your keys, title (if available), and any gate or garage codes ready. If you’re in a gated community in Porter Ranch, a hillside home in Highland Park, or permit parking in Venice, we’ll need clear instructions so the tow driver can access and safely hook up your vehicle.
4. Meet the tow driver—or arrange a no‑contact handoff
